Natural Calm Supplement

This is one of my favorite supplements so far for managing anxiety and stress. I use the original flavor, which just tastes like a lemon tea, but will be trying the other flavors as soon as I need to replenish my supply. I use this whenever I feel that I'm having an "off" day, or just a little run down. I have also drank it in the middle of a panic attack and it is one of the few things that I have felt has made a noticeable difference.
