Hip Hip Hooray...Happy Weekend :o)
Chia seeds are one of my favorite 'super foods’. They play a huge role in keeping you hydrated and energized, and there are SO many ways to use them every day. I just found this recipe on one of my favorite sites and am I'm going to make a trip to my local health food store for some of the ingredients over the weekend. I'm excited to give my blender a whirl next week and tickle my tastebuds with this yummy sounding combo :o). Let me know if you get a chance to try it before I do...
